CARROT CAKE BLISS BALLS

RECIPE
50 g Woolworths Sultanas (1.8 g protein)
30 g McKenzie's Fine Desiccated Coconut (2.2 g protein)
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
130 g Golden Palm Medjool Dates (2.3 g protein)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp rice malt syrup
1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
pinch of salt
3 x sachets of PKU Sphere 20 (Vanilla)

Throw all ingredients into a food processor, and mix until combined. Roll into balls and dust with desiccated coconut.
This recipe yields 14 large bliss balls.
Total counted protein/ball = ~ 0.45 g
